The solution already existed as an offline version when XITEX Software was advised to develop an online version of the application. Being developed for high workload capacity, the application can process requests of numerous licensees, make bulk emailing of tender notices lists and select these notices due to the strictest rules. Simple interface and navigation makes it a perfect tool for management of tender notices easily and effectively.
