Premise

Having faced the necessity of development, any more or less mid-size company realizes the potential of Internet should be the next step to move. And the most obvious it becomes for travel agencies and airlines. Since companys' clientele is spread worldwide, there is a need to make it able to use services at any place of the world.

Solution

XITEX Software suggested there should be developed a new product that meets global needs of an average airline company. So the Click-to-Sky Online Booking System was developed. It's first implementation took part for DONBASSAERO, which requirements were the basis for the development. Currently, the product is well demanded by different airlines and travel agents.

The online booking engine is a web application integrated with global inventory system Gabriel (SITA). The system processes queries for the data of any airline that are hosted at Gabriel. The system allows to book and sell tickets via airline's web-site. Once entered a web site of the airline user will be able to request information about flights available to definite destinations and time, make his choice, book a ticket both for himself and for the other passenger, and pay it immediately by a credit card.
